Connect Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo to a property

Import every platform into one property and block the dates everywhere — the key to avoiding double bookings.

Import: one property, several platforms

In Properties, open the property.
Under Connected platforms, paste the iCal export link of each platform (Airbnb: Availability → Export calendar; Booking.com: Rates & Availability → Sync calendars; Vrbo: Calendar → Import/Export).
iCalSync imports immediately, then every 5 minutes.

Export: block the dates on the other platforms

Copy the property’s export link and paste it in each platform, under “Import calendar”. It contains the bookings of all the other platforms, your closed dates and the merge rules.

Good to know

Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo re-read imported calendars on their own schedule (often every 1 to 3 hours). A double booking can still happen within that window: iCalSync alerts you immediately when it detects one.
