Connect Expedia to iCalSync

Expedia can share a property calendar as an iCal link, like Airbnb or Booking.com. Once connected, Expedia bookings appear in your planning and block the same dates on your other platforms.

1. Get the Expedia link

1. Log in to Expedia Partner Central.
2. Open Calendar → Sync calendars.
3. Under Export Expedia Group calendar, click Create link and copy it.

2. Add it in iCalSync

Open Properties, choose the property or the room, paste the link in Add a platform and confirm. The first sync runs immediately.

3. Send your iCalSync link back to Expedia

Copy the export link of the same property in iCalSync and import it on the same Expedia page. Expedia will then close the dates booked on Airbnb, Booking.com or directly.

The option is missing?

Depending on the type of property, Expedia does not always show the iCal option — it is mainly offered to vacation rentals and small properties. Ask Expedia support or your account manager for the iCal link. If Expedia cannot provide one, add Expedia bookings manually in the planning.
