Connect Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple

Google Calendar

On a computer: gear ⚙ → Settings → click the calendar → “Integrate calendar” → copy Secret address in iCal format.

Outlook / Microsoft 365

Outlook on the web → Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars → Publish a calendar → “Can view all details” → copy the ICS link. Teams meetings are included.

Apple iCloud

icloud.com/calendar → share icon next to the calendar → tick “Public Calendar” → copy the webcal:// link.

Then, in Connect a calendar, paste the link. Times and time zones are kept, including recurring events.
