Guest house or hotel: rooms, whole property and merging

A riad with 5 rooms can be listed room by room and also as a whole. iCalSync links them.

Create it

In Properties → New property, choose « Guest house / hotel with rooms » and list the rooms, one per line. Already created them separately? Use Merge properties: choose the whole-property listing, then tick its rooms.

The rules

• The whole property is booked → every room is blocked.
• A room is booked → the whole-property listing is blocked.
• Rooms never block each other.

Connect the platforms

Connect each room’s listings on the room, and the whole-property listing on the house. Then paste each export link back into the matching listing. The Planning shows everything side by side.
