The service
iCalSync imports the iCal calendars you connect (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Google, Outlook, Apple…), merges them, detects overlapping bookings, sends reminders and provides export links, a planning, meetings and an online check-in form.
Account
You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the activity on your account.
Free trial and price
A free trial of 14 days is offered without a payment card. Two plans are offered: Meetings (10 € per month, unlimited meetings and calendars) and Properties (15 € per month for 6 units — rooms or apartments — then 5 € per month per extra unit). Prices may change; the new price applies at the next renewal after notice.
Payment and cancellation
Each payment, by bank transfer or Payoneer, covers one month and is activated once received. There is no automatic renewal: to continue, pay the next month before the end of the current one; without renewal, the subscription simply ends and your data is kept. Periods already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Limits of iCal synchronisation
Synchronisation depends on the platforms: they refresh imported calendars on their own schedule (often every 1 to 3 hours) and the iCal format does not carry all information. iCalSync greatly reduces the risk of double bookings but cannot guarantee that none will ever happen; you remain responsible for checking your bookings on each platform.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no import of content you are not entitled to use, no attempt to disrupt the service. Hosts who use online check-in must inform their guests and comply with the rules on guest registration and data protection that apply to them.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available but interruptions can happen (maintenance, failures of platforms or providers). Our liability is limited to direct damages and, in any case, to the amounts paid in the last twelve months.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, after notice except in urgent cases.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, we will first look for an amicable solution; failing that, the competent courts of Marrakech will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules. Contact: mounir.aboulama92@gmail.com.
