Getting started with iCalSync

iCalSync brings all your calendars together — properties on Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo, and personal or work calendars on Google, Outlook or Apple — and lets you schedule meetings.

1. Set your timezone and language

Open Settings. Choose your timezone: imported events, meetings and reminders are shown in it. The language follows your browser automatically; you can force another one.

2. Connect a calendar

Go to Connect a calendar, pick the platform and follow the steps to copy its iCal link. For a rental, create the property first in Properties.

3. Turn on email alerts

In Settings → Email alerts, keep what you need: new bookings, cancellations, double bookings, sync errors, meeting reminders and the email the day before each arrival.
